Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Process Trainer – RCM to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) training, with expertise across multiple processes including Credentialing, AR Calling, Charge Entry, and Payment Posting.
The candidate will be responsible for process training, floor support, quality improvement initiatives, refresher sessions, and ensuring overall team performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process and domain training for new hires and existing employees in US Healthcare RCM.
- Deliver training on:
- Credentialing & Provider Enrollment - Mandatory
- AR Calling / AR Follow-Up
- Charge Entry
- Payment Posting
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, process documents, and assessment modules.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct refresher trainings, mock sessions, and knowledge enhancement programs.
- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to identify training gaps.
- Provide floor support and assist teams in process-related queries.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain reports/MIS.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Support process transitions and knowledge transfer activities whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum experience in US Healthcare RCM with hands-on exposure to:
- Credentialing
- AR Calling
- Charge Entry
- Payment Posting
- Prior experience as a Process Trainer preferred.
- Strong understanding of RCM workflows and healthcare terminologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage batches and conduct engaging training sessions.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.

- Experience in handling end-to-end training lifecycle.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
