About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – RCM Quality & Process Excellence with expertise in AR-Denials and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies. In this role, you will lead process improvement initiatives, ensure quality standards, and partner with stakeholders to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and leadership ability to influence change and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Quality & Process Excellence initiatives across RCM processes.
  • Execute Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve performance.
  • Conduct audits, scoring, FMEA, process mapping, and VSM to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver data-driven insights through capacity calculations, FTE planning, and predictive accuracy models.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate change management and innovation.
  • Prepare and present impactful reports and dashboards using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives through exposure to Power Platform, VBA Macros, RPA tools, and Generative AI.
  • Foster an efficiency-driven and quality-focused team culture, mentoring team members where required.

Qualifications & Skills
Certifications & Methodologies
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required.
  • Applied knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and change management principles.
Technical Skills
  • Strong experience in audits, scoring, FMEA, VSM, and quality tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical capability in forecasting, estimation, and resource planning.
  • Exposure to automation tools (Power Platform, VBA, RPA) and Generative AI is an advantage.
Experience & Functional Skills
  • 6+ years of professional experience in the RCM domain.
  • Proven expertise in identifying process gaps, root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate at local and global levels.
  • Hands-on experience in operations or enabling functions within RCM.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
