Neolytix Growth Services (NGS) is our dedicated healthcare marketing and patient acquisition division. We help US medical practices, clinics, and health systems attract and retain patients through digital marketing, reputation management, referral network development, and patient engagement campaigns. NGS is in a high-growth phase, adding new clients monthly and scaling its delivery operations to match.
THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who can own the operational engine behind a growing healthcare marketing agency. This isn't a channel specialist role — you won't be the person optimising a single client's Google Ads account. You'll be the person who ensures that eight, twelve, eventually twenty-plus client engagements all run on time, on quality, and on budget. You'll build the delivery processes, manage the team, coordinate across geographies, and serve as the operational counterpart to a commercially-focused VP who is out selling new business.

The commercial side is already in motion with an experienced VP driving new business. What's missing is the operational counterpart who turns signed contracts into running client engagements, and running engagements into a scalable delivery organisation.
The growth trajectory is real and visible. As NGS scales past 15–20 clients, this role evolves into Director of Delivery Operations or Head of Client Operations, with a team spanning multiple geographies and a direct seat at the leadership table. The path from here to running a 20–40 person delivery organisation across India and the Philippines within 18–24 months is not aspirational — it's the plan.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Client Delivery Operations
- End-to-end delivery management across the full NGS client portfolio: SEO, paid media, content marketing, reputation management, email/SMS patient engagement, and dormant patient reactivation campaigns.
- SLA adherence, first-pass quality rates, revision rates, and client satisfaction across all active engagements.
- Client onboarding: building and running a repeatable onboarding engine that takes a new client from signed contract to first deliverable within a defined timeline.
- Build and document delivery SOPs for every service in the NGS portfolio — these are the playbooks your team runs on and what allows you to scale without personally touching every deliverable.
- Design and maintain a QA system with SLA tracking, revision rate monitoring, and client satisfaction trending.
- Capacity management: know at any given moment how many concurrent clients your team can handle, where bottlenecks are forming, and when to flag a hire.
- Manage and grow a delivery team spanning channel specialists (SEO, paid media, content, reputation, patient engagement) based in India.
- Coordinate cross-geography with our Patient Access Services team in Manila for outbound calling campaigns, SMS execution, and referral network outreach.
- Build the hiring pipeline for delivery roles as NGS scales — define profiles, participate in interviews, and onboard new team members.
- Own the client reporting cadence: build dashboards, write performance summaries, and deliver actionable insights that the VP can present to clients.
- Track and communicate campaign performance in terms US healthcare clients value: new patient appointments, appointment-to-show rates, cost-per-acquisition, review volume and sentiment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You Definitely Have
- 5–8 years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in an agency or outsourced marketing delivery environment managing multiple concurrent client engagements.
- Hands-on experience across at least three of: SEO, paid search/social, content marketing, reputation management, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- A track record of building delivery processes, SOPs, or QC frameworks that other people can follow — not just doing the work, but making the work repeatable.
- Experience managing a team of 3+ people, including performance management and workload allocation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication at a standard comfortable for US-facing business correspondence.
- Experience working with US or international clients in an offshore delivery model — US time zone overlap, American communication norms, and the quality expectations that come with serving US clients from India.
- Healthcare industry exposure: patient acquisition funnels, reputation management for medical practices, healthcare compliance awareness.
- Familiarity with agency tools: Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush or Ahrefs, AgencyAnalytics or similar reporting platforms, HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation.
- The instinct to systematise. When you solve a problem once, you write the SOP so nobody has to solve it again. This matters more to us than any specific channel expertise.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity. NGS is scaling rapidly — some processes don't exist yet. If you need a fully built playbook to operate, this isn't the right fit. If you're the person who builds the playbook, it is.
- Cross-cultural fluency. You'll work daily with colleagues in the US, India, and the Philippines. That requires more than English proficiency — it requires an awareness of how communication styles differ and the ability to adapt.
