About the Role
We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate about building people, not just programs. This role goes beyond traditional training—you will play a key part in shaping how employees experience growth, starting from their very first day in the organization.

You will lead onboarding as a coaching-driven experience, ensuring new hires feel guided, supported, and set up for success. At the same time, you will partner closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design impactful learning solutions across the organization.

This role offers a strong balance of mentorship and autonomy—you will have the guidance of senior leadership while having full creative ownership of L&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and redesign onboarding as a structured coaching and integration experience that helps new hires navigate the organization with confidence

  • Act as a mentor and advisor to employees, supporting their development journey beyond initial onboarding

  • Partner with business units to identify skill gaps, performance needs, and development opportunities

  • Design and implement targeted learning programs aligned with business goals and team needs

  • Create engaging, practical, and scalable training solutions (workshops, learning paths, coaching sessions)

  • Establish frameworks for continuous learning and development across departments

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and continuously improve programs

  • Foster a culture of learning, ownership, and growth within the organization

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in Learning and Development

  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or facilitating learning programs

  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable learning solutions

  • Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging and impactful programs

  • Comfortable operating with both structure and autonomy

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
