Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled AR Trainer with strong expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to train and mentor teams in US healthcare accounts receivable processes.
The role involves delivering structured training, improving team performance, and ensuring process excellence across AR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs on AR processes (US Healthcare RCM)
- Train teams on:
- Denial management
- Payment posting
- AR follow-ups
- Insurance calling & appeals
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and modules
- Conduct refreshers, onboarding, and process training sessions
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
- Identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure process alignment
- Support quality initiatives and performance enhancement
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM
- Expertise in:
- Denials & appeals
- Insurance follow-up
- Claims lifecycle
- Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple training batches
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and training tools
Experience Required
- ✅ 5 to 10 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
- ✅ Prior experience in training / mentoring / team handling preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling large AR teams
- Exposure to quality or process improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills
