Who are we looking for?


As a Training process trainer specializing in US Healthcare processes, you will be responsible for creating engaging and comprehensive training materials, SOPs, and conducting On Job Training for the ramp-up period of training graduates. And a key resource for the SOP management. Leveraging your expertise in instructional design principles and your ability to conduct insightful interviews, you will craft high-quality trainer-led training content that ensures our workforce remains up-to-date and proficient in all areas of healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough interviews with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather comprehensive insights on US Healthcare processes, including medical billing, credentialing, etc.
2. Design and implement effective process knowledge test assessments to measure the understanding and proficiency of employees in key healthcare processes, fostering continuous improvement and skill development.
3. Regularly update the SOPs and enhance existing SOPs to reflect the latest developments, trends, and changes within the process, and maintain work hygiene.
4. Conducting the On-Job-Training during the ramp-up period of the new Hires post the graduation of the training.
5. Conduct the process training on RCM modules.
6. Keep your hands on the applications used in the operations and make an SOP out of it. This will help us Leverage your expertise in instructional design the training according to it.
7. Proven experience in creating engaging and effective trainer-led training materials in the healthcare sector, with a focus on medical billing, credentialing, and clinical documentation management.
8. Familiarity with learning management systems and multimedia tools to develop interactive and visually appealing training content.
9. Knowledge of US Healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry-specific best practices.
Essential Functions:
A. Productivity/Efficiency: Works collaboratively with Revenue Cycle colleagues to ensure the provision of work products that meet quality and quantity expectations.
B. Critical and Analytical Thinking:
a. Possess the ability to analyze situations and strategize solutions.
b. Ability to work from a general concept to a finished product with minimal supervision.
C. Technical Skills: Strong computer skills especially in EPIC, Availity, Waystar, and Microsoft Office tools also required.
D. Communication (Oral and Written):
a. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
b. Ability to demonstrate diplomacy in communication and use conflict resolution techniques.
E. Professional Accountability:
a. Engages in teamwork and collegial collaboration among all team members.
b. Maintains positive working relationships with Neolytix colleagues and others.
c. Ensures OJT work production meets defined quality, quantity, and timeliness expectations.
F. Job Functions: Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A. Skills: Computer (Explorer, Excel, Word, Outlook, EPIC (or other EHR software).
B. Ability:
a. Multi-task and work independently.
b. Assess and translate organization/customer needs into learning objectives and devise effective training solutions.
c. Good communication skills both verbal and written.
C. Education: College graduation in any stream.
D. Knowledge:
a. Knowledge of insurance billing and compliance with a high level of problem-solving skills.
b. Medical terminology, rules, and regulations relating to the Revenue Cycle.
c. Understanding of US Insurances, managed care contracts, insurance, and credentialing compliance
E. Experience:
a. 4+ years of healthcare accounts receivable experience with expertise in un-adjudicated claim management, appeals, and pre-collections.
b. Demonstrated ability to develop and train staff on processes and procedures.
