About the Role:

We are looking for an L&D Specialist with expertise in Articulate 360, Storyline, and LMS management to develop engaging e-learning content. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and e-learning course creation.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 E-Learning Content Development

Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360 & Storyline
Ensure courses are engaging, visually appealing, and instructionally effective

🎯 Curriculum & Instructional Design

Develop and structure learning programs & training modules
Align content with business goals and learner needs

🎯 LMS Management & Optimization

Upload, manage, and maintain courses on the Learning Management System (LMS)
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize LMS functionality

🎯 Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with SMEs, trainers, and content creators to enhance learning effectiveness
Gather feedback and update learning materials based on learner performance

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

✅ 1-3 years in L&D, instructional design, or e-learning development
✅ Hands-on expertise in Articulate 360 & Storyline for course creation
✅ Experience with LMS platforms (uploading/managing courses)
✅ Strong curriculum development & instructional design skills
✅ Ability to create interactive and engaging training content

🛠 Soft Skills:
✔ Strong attention to detail and visual design skills
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔ Excellent communication & project management skills

Work Environment & Location:

📍 Hybrid role – Work from our Gurugram office (3 days a week)
⏰ Partial overlap with US Central Time may be required
🚗 No transportation provided beyond 25 km radius
