Job Description
- Talent Management:
- Partner with managers in talent acquisition, planning, and development.
- Guide managers on performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Support the implementation of training and development programs.
- Coach managers and employees on career development and growth opportunities.
- Reviews and recommends enhancement to Rewards and Recognition Management Programs and ensures consistent implementation thereof.
- Instills a culture of rewarding outstanding performance.
- Employee Relations:
- Advise managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee investigations.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requiremetns
- Open to a hybrid work setup in Eastwood, Quezon City
- Available to work with a 4 hours overlap to US business hours
