Job Description
- Available to work with a 4 hours overlap to US business hours
- Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
- Advertise open positions to external networks
- Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
- Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
- Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
- Aligns market studies on compensation data to ensure competitiveness of compensation data internally vis-à-vis the external compensation data.
- Ensures timely release of annual merit increases and other unscheduled increases.
- Reviews and recommends enhancement to Rewards and Recognition Management Programs and ensures consistent implementation thereof. • Instills a culture of rewarding outstanding performance.
