Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with a strong background in customizing Microsoft CRM products, including Dynamics CRM, Dynamics Customer Service, and Business Central. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, possess in-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft CRM platforms, and be adept at developing tailored solutions to meet specific business needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Customization and Configuration: 

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 

   - Customize and configure Microsoft CRM products, including Dynamics CRM, Customer Service, and Business Central, to meet the unique needs of our organization. 

2. Development and Integration: 

   - Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to enhance the functionality of Microsoft CRM solutions. 

   - Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to integrate Microsoft CRM products with other enterprise systems. 

3. Troubleshooting and Support: 

   - Provide ongoing support for Microsoft CRM applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. 

   - Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, performance, and security. 

4. Documentation: 

   - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customization and development activities. 

   - Ensure that all configurations and customizations comply with best practices and industry standards. 

5. Training and Knowledge Sharing: 

   - Train end-users and internal teams on new features, functionalities, and best practices related to Microsoft CRM products. 

   - Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning. 

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in customizing Microsoft CRM products, including Dynamics CRM, Customer Service, and Business Central. 

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. 

- Extensive experience with plugin development, workflow customization, and integration of Microsoft CRM products. 

- In-depth understanding of CRM architecture, data model, and security concepts. 

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Preferred Skills: 

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration. 

- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, and SQL Server. 

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
