Role Overview 

We are seeking sharp, curious individuals to join our Automation team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build expertise in process automation using tools like n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, and custom scripting. You will learn to identify manual processes, design automation workflows, and implement solutions that save hundreds of hours across our operations. 

No prior automation experience required—we will train you. What we need is exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Learn and master automation platforms (n8n, Power Automate, Zapier) 

  • Document existing manual processes with precision and clarity 

  • Design workflow diagrams and automation blueprints 

  • Build, test, and deploy automation solutions under guidance 

  • Monitor automated processes and troubleshoot issues 

  • Present automation proposals and results to stakeholders 

  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify automation opportunities 

  • Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for implemented solutions 

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Sc. IT/CS, BTech, BBA, or BCom (2023-2025 graduates) 

  • Strong logical reasoning and structured thinking 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation) 

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 

  • High attention to detail—you catch errors others miss 

Preferred (Not Required) 

  • Exposure to any programming language (Python, JavaScript, SQL) 

  • Familiarity with flowcharting or process documentation 

  • Personal projects demonstrating curiosity and initiative 

  • Internship experience in operations, IT, or analytics
