Key Responsibilities

  1. Employee Engagement & Relations
    Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and culture-building programs. Support internal communication efforts, including HR newsletters, company announcements, and feedback channels. Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and a positive work experience. Assist in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

  2. HR Administration & Compliance
    Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files. Ensure proper documentation of HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance records. Assist in payroll coordination by verifying attendance, leave records, and employee data. Support compliance with labor laws and company policies by conducting audits and preparing reports. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for HR-related processes.

  3. Training & Development
    Track and maintain training records to ensure employees complete mandatory training and certifications. Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, including coordination with trainers and vendors. Help develop training materials, presentations, and resources for employee learning programs.

  4. Performance Management & Appraisals
    Support the execution of performance management cycles, including goal-setting, feedback collection, and appraisal coordination. Assist in scheduling and coordinating performance review meetings. Maintain reports related to performance tracking and employee feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1 year of experience in HR, with exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Passion for HR, employee experience, and people management.
