Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end credentialing operations for our US healthcare clients. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, drives accuracy, and knows the credentialing landscape inside out.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing with hospitals, payers, and insurance networks
- Oversee provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
- Ensure all credentialing files, CAQH profiles, and payer applications are up to date and compliant
- Lead and mentor a team of credentialing specialists, setting clear goals and SLAs
- Liaise directly with US-based clients to provide timely updates and resolve escalations
- Track enrollment timelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
- Maintain working knowledge of payer-specific requirements, deadlines, and documentation standards
- Generate reports and dashboards for leadership review on credentialing TAT and payer status
What We're Looking For
- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in Credentialing & Provider Enrollment
- RCM Knowledge: Preferred
- Leadership: Prior team management experience preferred
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
- Work Mode: Work from Office – Gurugram
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of US healthcare payer landscape and credentialing workflows
- Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, Availity, or similar platforms
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
