Position Overview: 

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who is eager to kick-start their career in modern marketing that works at the intersection of business and technical teams. This person will be responsible to design, build and deploy solutions that help our clients achieve their marketing goals and solve their business problems.   

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining Websites, creating engaging content, managing websites, and harnessing the power of Generative AI tools to enhance our marketing efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth, learning, and hands-on experience in both traditional marketing techniques and emerging technologies. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

Understand Client Requirements 

  • Understand tactical and strategic goals for our clients working in the US Healthcare Industry 

GenAI Prompts driven Content Creation: 

  • Learn and excel at building meaningful prompts library to accelerate speed and quality of content being generated for growth marketing 

  • Develop compelling marketing content for various platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and advertisements. 

  • Use your creativity and attention to detail to craft engaging copy, design graphics, and curate multimedia content. 

  • Ensure all content aligns with Client requirements, brand guidelines, messaging strategies, and target audience preferences. 

Generative AI Integration: 

  • Learn and master Generative AI tools to generate innovative ideas, designs, and content for marketing purposes. 

  • Explore the potential of AI-driven creativity to enhance campaign performance, user engagement, and brand differentiation. 

  • Work closely with the AI team to implement and experiment with new AI techniques and technologies 

WordPress Management: 

Utilize your knowledge of WordPress to create and update website content, ensuring a seamless user experience. 

  • Customize WordPress pages, and templates to meet project requirements and client expectations. 

  • Build Sites, pages and optimize content, layout working with other members of the marketing team 

  • Optimize website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and SEO. 

  • Familiar with Coding, Algorithms and code structure. 

  • Proficient with any of the coding language like – HTML, CSS, Java or PHP 

Analytics and Optimization: 

  

  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SemRush and other SEO tools. 

  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization and implement data-driven strategies to maximize results. 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to marketing, WordPress, and Generative AI. 

Qualifications: 

  • MBA in Marketing from a reputed Institute 

  • Fresher to 6 months of experience level. 

  • Strong fundamentals understanding of Marketing & SEO. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly in the field of Generative AI. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
