  • Strategic Partnership 
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, Senior leadership and department heads. 
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them. 
  • Align L&D initiatives with the organization's overall business strategy and goals. 
  • Needs Analysis and Design 
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements at both individual and organizational levels. 
  • Design and develop innovative learning solutions, including training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses. 
  • Leverage a variety of learning methodologies, such as instructor-led training, self-paced learning, and blended learning. 
  • Delivery and Implementation 
  • Oversee the delivery of L&D programs, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience. 
  • Manage logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and resource allocation. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various methods, such as surveys, assessments, and performance metrics. 
  • Performance Consulting: 
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to enhance their performance and development. 
  • Facilitate career development discussions. 
  • Measurement and Evaluation: 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of L&D initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Use data-driven insights to inform future L&D strategies.
