Job Overview
Neolytix is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to lead and execute our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our tech-enabled services. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of GTM campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, an analytical mindset, and hands-on experience in digital marketing metrics, reporting, and performance optimization. This position requires a professional who can coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of campaign components, and measure performance against set KPIs to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Lead, plan, and manage the entire GTM campaign lifecycle, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, and Content) and external stakeholders (vendors and agencies) to drive successful campaign execution.
Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and track progress using project management tools.
Monitor project deliverables and timelines, and conduct regular status meetings to keep teams aligned.
Campaign Planning & Strategy Implementation
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop campaign strategies targeting specific customer segments.
Assist in designing inbound and outbound campaigns, including SEO, social media, paid ads, and email marketing.
Provide direction and leadership for building content strategies and executing promotional activities.
Performance Management & Reporting
Define campaign KPIs and set up reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of each campaign.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Analytics.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
Create and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics such as lead acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Manage and guide a team of digital marketing specialists, content creators, and sales support.
Drive the team towards meeting targets and deadlines, ensuring alignment with the GTM strategy.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align campaigns with the company’s strategic goals.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to recommend changes to strategies and implement best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep campaigns competitive.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or GTM strategy execution.
Proven track record in managing complex marketing campaigns and driving performance.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools like Power BI.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
