Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic AR Executives with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). If you have strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AR follow-ups with insurance companies
• Handle denial analysis and appeals
• Work on outstanding claims and collections
• Resolve billing discrepancies and rejections
• Maintain accurate claim status updates in systems
• Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks

Eligibility & Requirements

• ✅ Graduate (mandatory)
• ✅ 2–4 years of experience in AR / US Healthcare RCM
• ✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• ✅ Strong understanding of:
  • Insurance calling
  • Denial management
  • Claims lifecycle
• ✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel
