We are looking for a talented and motivated Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Instructional Design and a deep understanding of modern training concepts. This role requires experience in designing and developing leadership training, soft skills development, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and third-party training platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, and others. The successful candidate will contribute to the creation of innovative, engaging, and effective learning experiences that support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning solutions for leadership development, soft skills, and other training needs.
  • Apply instructional design theories, models, and methodologies to create high-quality, learner-centric training content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs, learning objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Utilize various tools and technologies (including LMS platforms and third-party learning platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Coursera) to deliver and track training programs.
  • Design blended learning solutions, incorporating eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), and virtual classroom experiences.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve training programs based on feedback, learner assessments, and business impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in L&D to ensure our training solutions are innovative and impactful.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on training best practices, including the development of training materials, assessments, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, specifically in leadership and soft skills training.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies 
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and third-party platforms (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, etc.).
  • Experience designing and developing both eLearning and instructor-led training materials.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with multimedia tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Storyline) and content creation tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Instructional Design  is a plus.
  • Experience in a corporate L&D environment or a fast-paced industry.
  • Knowledge of performance consulting and the ability to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
