Job Description 

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Campaign Manager to join our marketing team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on the US B2B market, particularly within the Healthcare Provider sector. This role is pivotal in driving our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and ensuring accurate tracking and attribution of campaign performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Setup & Management: 

  • Create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms including LinkedIn, Google Search Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and retargeting channels using Adroll. 

  • Develop and implement ABM strategies to target key accounts effectively. 

  • Tracking & Attribution: 

  • Set up and maintain attribution models and conversion tracking within HubSpot. 

  • Utilize UTM parameters to manage and track campaign performance accurately. 

  • Performance Analysis: 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize for cost per lead (CPL) by channel. 

  • Generate detailed reports to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements. 

  • Audience Targeting: 

  • Develop and manage retargeting audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness. 

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align targeting strategies with business goals. 

  • Budget Management: 

  • Allocate and manage budgets across various channels to maximize ROI. 

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget while meeting performance targets. 

  • Collaboration & Communication: 

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives. 

  • Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders regularly. 

Qualifications 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search Ads, Bing, Meta, and retargeting platforms. 

  • Proven experience in setting up attribution and conversion tracking in HubSpot and managing UTM parameters. 

  • Demonstrated ability to accurately capture and analyze cost per lead by channel. 

  • Experience targeting the US B2B market, with a preference for those who have worked in the US Healthcare Provider sector. 

  • Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager). 

  • Expertise in marketing analytics tools and platforms, including HubSpot and Adroll. 

  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies and execution. 

  • Soft Skills: 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Facebook Blueprint, or similar. 

  • Experience with additional marketing automation and CRM tools. 

  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
