About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend technologies and will play a critical role in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications in the US healthcare space.
  • Work across the full stack, building highly responsive web applications using modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.

Technical Skills Required:
Frontend:
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • React.js
  • Tailwind CSS
  • HTML5 / CSS3
Backend:
  • Node.js
  • Python (basic to intermediate proficiency, Knowledge of poetry is plus)
  • Docker
Databases:
  • MongoDB
  • PostgreQL
  • MYSQL
DevOps & Cloud:
  • CI/CD Pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, etc.)
Project & Team Management:
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience working in or exposure to the US Healthcare industry, including HIPAA compliance, EHR/EMR systems, or claims processing.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
