Job Title: HR & Admin Intern (Eastwood Office – Midshift /)
Location: Eastwood Office, Quezon City
Shift: Midshift or Night Shift (to be specified during onboarding)
Duration: 3 months minimum
Work schedule: 2 times a week in-office
Start date: August 2026

Purpose of the Role

To support the HR and Administrative functions at the Eastwood office by providing day‑to‑day coordination, documentation, and clerical assistance during midshift hours. This role ensures smooth operations, proper record‑keeping, and timely support for employees and management during non‑peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

 

Content Creation:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form vertical videos (15–60 sec) for TikTok showcasing office life, employee stories, events, and day-in-the-life content.
  • Develop creative concepts and scripts aligned with current TikTok trends, sounds, and formats relevant to the BPO/job-seeker audience.
  • Capture candid, high-quality footage during office events, town halls, onboarding sessions, and team activities.

Editing & Production:

  • Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar (cuts, captions, transitions, trending audio, text overlays).
  • Ensure all content aligns with Neolytix's brand voice and visual identity.
  • Maintain a content calendar and consistent posting schedule.

Employee & Talent Engagement:

  • Coordinate with employees across departments to feature them in videos (with proper consent and comfort level).
  • Partner with TA and HR teams to create recruitment-focused content (e.g., "why I joined Neolytix," office tours, benefits highlights).
  • Monitor comments and engagement, flagging any concerns to HR/Marketing as needed.

HR Support (General):

  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities (e.g., preparing orientation materials, organizing documents, coordinating clearances).
  • Help maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure basic compliance with HR documentation requirements.
  • Support basic HR inquiry handling (e.g., release of IDs, certificates, and other HR documents) within scope.

Internal Communications & Marketing Support:

  • Help draft and format internal announcements, memos, and employee notices for HR and admin initiatives.
  • Support the creation of simple visual materials (posters, flyers, slide decks) for office events, HR campaigns, or employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in maintaining internal bulletin boards, shared drives, or intranet postings with up-to-date HR/admin content.
  • Support content gathering and light editing for employee newsletters, birthday/anniversary shoutouts, or recognition posts.
  • Coordinate basic photo/video documentation of office events or activities for internal use.

Data & Documentation:

  • Assist in encoding and updating basic HR or admin data in spreadsheets or HRIS (as allowed for interns).
  • Help prepare reports, trackers, and summaries (attendance, leave, equipment, etc.) as requested.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR and admin information handled.
