Provider Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager - US Healthcare
Manager – Provider Analytics & Business Intelligence
Company: Neolytix
Location: Gurugram, India | Onsite
Type: Full-Time | 5–7 Years Experience
Function: Analytics & Reporting
ABOUT NEOLYTIX
Neolytix is a healthcare-focused KPO serving 270+ provider organizations across the US, with delivery teams in Chicago, Gurugram, and Manila. We work across Revenue Cycle Management, credentialing and enrollment, patient access, and healthcare technology. Analytics is increasingly central to how we deliver for clients — and we are building this function out seriously.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will lead the analytics function that covers the full provider operations lifecycle. On one side: RCM, credentialing, enrollment, and patient access — metrics that go directly to client stakeholders and drive how provider organizations understand their own performance. On the other: marketing effectiveness, ROAS, lead funnel, and reputation analytics for our internal commercial team.
You will manage a small, mixed team — BI analysts and an analytics engineer — own delivery quality end-to-end, and build a QA system that catches errors systematically rather than relying on manual review alone. You will also work with the analytics engineer to ensure the data layer feeding all dashboards is clean, reliable, and not dependent on heroics every time a source changes.
This is a player-coach role. You will stay close enough to the work to review a DAX measure, spot a misleading trend, or question whether a chart actually answers the question it was meant to answer.
This is not a data science or decision analytics role. What it offers instead: genuine breadth across a complex healthcare services business, direct visibility into how analytics drives client outcomes, and real ownership of how a function gets built — tools, standards, team structure, and all.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Provider Operations Analytics
RCM: AR aging, denial trends, first-pass resolution rates, payer performance, collections efficiency
Credentialing and Enrollment: pipeline velocity, approval rates, turnaround benchmarks
Patient Access: scheduling efficiency, referral conversion, access gap reporting
Client-facing delivery — dashboards and reports that go directly to provider organization stakeholders
Business and Marketing Intelligence
ROAS and campaign performance across digital channels
Lead funnel analytics, pipeline attribution, and conversion tracking
Reputation metrics: review volume, sentiment trends, competitive positioning
Marketing effectiveness reporting for internal leadership
Data Layer and Engineering Oversight
Working with your analytics engineer to build and maintain the SQL transformation models that power all dashboards. Ensuring data definitions are consistent, documented, and traceable. Reducing manual data wrangling so analysts spend time on analysis, not prep. The analytics engineer is the foundation — getting clean, reliable data into Power BI is the prerequisite for everything else, and this role is structured to address that directly.
Report Quality and QA
Defining and enforcing quality standards across data accuracy, visual consistency, and narrative integrity. Building scalable QA processes — automated checks, anomaly flagging, peer review protocols — so quality is a system, not a manual effort. Using available tools, including AI where it makes sense, to catch errors before reports reach stakeholders.
Team Management
Managing and developing a team of 3–4 analysts and one analytics engineer. Setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and owning individual development. Translating business questions into clear analytical briefs and prioritizing work across multiple concurrent tracks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
4 to 7 years of experience in analytics, BI, or reporting roles
Hands-on Power BI skills — data modeling, DAX, row-level security, workspace governance, report performance optimization
SQL as a working language — able to write queries, validate data, and understand what transformation models are doing
Experience setting goals, conducting formal performance reviews, and evaluating direct reports
Statistical comfort: trend analysis, period-over-period variance, cohort comparisons, basic forecasting
Clear communicator — able to translate analytical findings for non-technical stakeholders and client teams
Healthcare or BPO analytics background is a strong plus. RCM domain knowledge specifically gives a meaningful head start. Marketing analytics experience is useful but secondary — if your background is primarily operational, the instincts transfer.
Comfort using AI tools as part of day-to-day workflow — for automated QA, code review, or anomaly detection — is a plus.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
Preferred: MBA or Master's in Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Plus: Microsoft PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification
GOOD TO HAVE
These are genuinely optional:
Python at a working level — pandas, basic automation
Familiarity with dbt or similar SQL transformation frameworks
Exposure to Azure Data Services or any cloud BI stack
Experience with reputation or review analytics platforms
WHY NEOLYTIX
Most BI professionals in large BPOs or GCCs spend years in a reporting factory — maintaining the same dashboards, waiting for someone above them to move before the scope changes.
At Neolytix, this function is being built rather than inherited. The person in this role will have meaningful input into how the team is structured, what tools are adopted, and what quality looks like for our clients and our business. The work is visible. The problems are real. The scope grows with you.
