The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English, highly organized, and comfortable working UK-shift hours from the office. Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Induction
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming joining experience.
- Design and deliver induction programs covering company culture, policies, tools, and role expectations.
- Coordinate with department heads/managers to align onboarding and induction content with teamspecific requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for new employees during their initial weeks — addressing queries and ensuring a smooth settling-in.
Policy & Internal Communications
- Draft, update, and roll out HR policies — clear, compliant, and easily accessible to all employees.
- Prepare and share timely announcements and internal communications (policy updates, events, org changes).
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to onboarding, induction, and policy acknowledgments.
Training Needs & L&D Support
- Support the L&D team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee-development programs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) across teams.
- Support Training Needs Evaluation (TNE) to measure training effectiveness and close skill gaps.
Employee Experience & Reporting
- Collect feedback from new joiners and continuously improve the induction journey.
- Track onboarding metrics and prepare reports for HR leadership.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in onboarding, induction, or L&D functions.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with employees at all levels.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort drafting policy/communication documents.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards) for tracking onboarding metrics and training reports.
- AI-friendly — comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot) to speed up content drafting, training material, and reporting.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple onboarding batches/tasks simultaneously.
Preferred
- Exposure to or interest in TNA/TNE/TNI methodologies for identifying and evaluating training needs.
- Prior experience in a UK-shift, international, or BPO/ITES environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English is essential — this is a communication-, presentation-, and policy-drafting-heavy role.
- Work mode & shift: Onsite at Neolytix Office, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (work from office; no remote/hybrid). UK shift, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST. Working days as per company policy.
- Notice period: Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific outcomes:
- New-joiner onboarding experience / satisfaction scores.
- On-time completion of induction batches and policy acknowledgments.
- Quality, clarity, and timeliness of policy and internal communications.
- TNA/TNI coverage and measurable training-effectiveness (TNE) outcomes.
