About Neolytix
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare technology and services company serving 280+ provider organizations across Revenue Cycle Management, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centres in Chicago, Gurugram, and Manila. We are at a genuine inflection point — transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model, with proprietary platforms like our InCredibly credentialing product going to market. Our marketing function is being built out seriously, which makes this a rare moment to join early and grow fast. The Opportunity
This is a launchpad role for MBA Marketing graduates. You’ll join a high-visibility marketing team and get hands-on exposure across the entire modern B2B marketing stack — brand, content, demand generation, digital and performance marketing, product marketing, account-based marketing, and marketing operations/analytics — while being mentored by senior marketers and working directly on a live US healthcare SaaS go-to-market.You will start broad (learning how each function connects), then progressively take ownership of a channel or program as you find your strengths. The work is real: campaigns that run, content that ships, data that drives decisions, and a clear line of sight to how marketing creates pipeline and revenue. This is the kind of first role that compounds — the breadth you build here becomes the foundation of a marketing leadership career.
What You’ll Do
Market, Customer & Competitive Research- Research the US healthcare provider landscape (hospitals, physician groups, specialty and behavioral-health practices) and build simple, decision-ready briefs.
- Track competitors — positioning, pricing signals, and campaigns — and maintain a living competitive-intelligence repository.
- Draft and edit marketing content — emails, landing pages, social posts, one-pagers, case-study outlines — under the guidance of senior marketers.
- Support end-to-end campaign execution: briefs, timelines, creative coordination, QA, and launch checklists.
- Assist on paid and organic programs — email nurture, SEO basics, LinkedIn and paid social, and webinar/event promotion.
- Learn to read campaign data (opens, clicks, conversions, cost-per-lead) and help optimise based on what the numbers say.
- Support positioning and messaging work; help build sales-enablement assets — pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs — for the US mid-market.
- Help translate product capabilities into clear, outcome-focused narratives for healthcare buyers.
- Maintain CRM/marketing-automation hygiene in HubSpot — lists, segmentation, campaign tagging, and basic workflows.
- Support account-based marketing: account research, enrichment, and prioritised lists for Sales.
- Build and maintain simple dashboards; prepare monthly performance summaries for leadership.

Within your first year, you’ll build genuine, portfolio-worthy skills across:- Modern B2B demand generation and performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email).

- Product marketing and go-to-market — positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
