The Role
We're seeking a Marketing Associate to support our product marketing and go-to-market operations. This is a tactical, execution-focused role that keeps our marketing initiatives running smoothly. You'll handle the operational backbone of launches, campaigns, and sales enablement - managing documentation, coordinating meetings, organizing assets, conducting research, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn strategic marketing by supporting senior leadership with the tactical work that makes strategy possible.
What You'll Do
Launch & Campaign Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings for product launches and campaign planning
  • Take detailed meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverable deadlines
  • Maintain project trackers and timelines to ensure teams stay on schedule
  • Organize and distribute launch checklists, ensuring all stakeholders know their responsibilities
  • Compile launch retrospective notes and feedback for continuous improvement
Research & Competitive Intelligence Gathering
  • Monitor competitor websites, social media, and marketing materials on a regular cadence
  • Compile competitive research into organized reports and comparison matrices
  • Track competitor pricing changes, product updates, and new service announcements
  • Gather and organize customer reviews, testimonials, and feedback from multiple sources
  • Research industry trends, market data, and news relevant to our target healthcare segments
Documentation & Asset Management
  • Maintain organized repositories of all marketing materials, templates, and brand assets
  • Update and version-control sales collateral, case studies, and one-pagers as changes occur
  • Create and maintain internal wikis or documentation for marketing processes and guidelines
  • Organize file structures across shared drives to ensure easy access for all teams
Sales Enablement Support
  • Organize sales enablement materials into easily accessible libraries with clear naming conventions
  • Distribute updated battle cards, ROI calculators, and presentation decks to sales teams
  • Schedule and coordinate sales training sessions and product update meetings
  • Gather sales feedback through surveys or interviews and compile findings for leadership
Content & Creative Brief Administration
  • Compile information from stakeholders to populate creative briefs for content teams ensuring briefs include all required details (objectives, audience, key messages, deadlines)
  • Track content production status and send reminders to keep projects moving
  • Organize feedback rounds and consolidate edits from multiple reviewers
  • Maintain content calendars with accurate dates, owners, and publication status
Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Schedule recurring sync meetings between marketing, product, and sales teams
  • Prepare meeting agendas based on leadership input and outstanding action items
  • Distribute pre-reads and relevant materials before meetings
  • Capture decisions, next steps, and owners during meetings
  • Send follow-up summaries and track completion of assigned tasks
Cross-Functional Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for routine requests from sales, product, and other teams
  • Route questions and requests to appropriate team members and follow up on responses
  • Coordinate approvals and sign-offs on marketing materials through proper channels
  • Act as backup support for urgent requests when senior team members are unavailable
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 0-1 years of experience in marketing, operations, project coordination, or administrative support (internships count)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on routine tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to B2B marketing, healthcare, or SaaS environments
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategy and product launch fundamentals
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or in matrix organizations
  • Familiarity with marketing frameworks (positioning, personas, buyer journeys)
