Job Responsibilities

  • Basic remote troubleshooting of Computer, Connectivity & 3rd party applications
  • Creates documentation and self service tips for troubleshooting
  • Provide a timely response to all customer calls and/or escalations
  • Sets up & Maintains user setup, access and policies for Enterprise security using GSuite
  • Documents and maintains a security policy for desktops and mobile devices
  • Familiar with Cloud PBX solution like Ringcentral and can manage policies, integration with other apps and maintenance of systems
  • Research and implement 3rd party automation for user provisioning and maintenance and general improvement of user experience in the company
  • Familiar with setting up and running automations using tools like Zapier or other such tools
  • Works with other internal teams to research 3rd party apps feasibility for deployment in the organization
  • Installing and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades
  • Provides weekly & monthly performance reports
  • Nice to Have – Experience in Windows Active Directory and Exchange environment
  • Available to work during US Central Hours (8 AM to 5 PM Central time) and On Call (for technical emergency – very rare)

*Technical Skill Set

  • GSuite for Business – Enterprise Policy setup and user provisioning
  • Ringcentral or similar Cloud PBX experience
  • Basic Automation using Zapier or similar tool
  • Windows & Mac Troubleshooting
  • Competency in Microsoft Office & Operating Systems
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware troubleshooting
  • Data Export, manipulation and cleanup using Excel/ csv tools
  • Microsoft 365 & Exchange cloud Setup

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally in english
  • Able to perform end user impact analysis, issue resolution and root cause investigation
  • Ability to maintain calm, professional demeanor when under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and manage a large workload
  • Strong organization skills
